For this village event, local charities and traders will have priority when applying for a stall.
Late Night Shopping is a great chance to sell, fundraise or promote, and it is so reasonably priced! To support local businesses and charities, Council has kept the pitch fees the same as previous years - £25 for a commercial and £10 for a charity pitch.
We anticipate thousands squeezed onto the High Street so please book promptly to avoid disappointment as we are limited to 50 stalls.
The booking process
To book a pitch at Late Night Shopping, stallholders must:
- Complete this application form and attach copies of any relevant documents.
- Pay pitch fee, once the stall application is accepted.
- Pitch, event and payment details will be confirmed by email.
- Details of your exact pitch location will be sent out approximately 2 weeks before the event.
Before you start you will need supporting documents
- Public Liability Insurance Certificate. Cover must be for £5 million minimum.
And where relevant...
- Gas Safety Certificate.
- Fire Risk Assessment.
- Food Safety and Hygiene Level 2 Certificate.
- Food Hygiene Rating. (a photo of your sticker or a website image file)
- TENS/Personal License or application confirmation.
