Monthly Meetings
Council meets at 7.30 pm on the first Tuesday of each month, except January and August when no meetings take place. Meetings take place in The Morgan Centre, Wellington Road, Crowthorne, RG45 7LD.
Agendas are displayed on the website and Council notice board which is located outside the Crowthorne Library three clear days before the meeting.
Each meeting includes a 15 minute question time for public participation when residents can ask questions of the Council.
The Annual Parish Meeting
All Parish Councils are required to hold an Annual Parish Meeting when electors are able to come along and ask questions of the council. The Annual Parish Meeting is generally takes place in March and is held at the Morgan Centre, Wellington Road, Crowthorne from 7.30pm. The Annual Report of the council is presented at this meeting.
Annual Meeting of the Council
The Annual Meeting of the Council will take place in May from 7.30pm in The Morgan Centre, Wellington Road, Crowthorne, RG45 7LD. The Chairman of the Parish Council is elected at this meeting and members are appointed to various Committees and Working Groups.

Council Surgery
Crowthorne Parish Council holds a monthly surgery to provide an opportunity for local residents to meet with their Parish Councillors in person. Each month, Parish Councillors will be present to answer questions and discuss local issues.
